Question 1

Is CodeStivers Invoicing integrated with the official FBR E-Invoicing System?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Our platform connects directly to the official FBR Sandbox and Production API servers. We format your sales invoices according to FBR SRO standards and generate verifiable FBR invoice numbers with QR codes instantly.

Question 2

How does the Excel upload feature work for bulk sales returns?

Accepted Answer

You simply drag and drop your monthly sales Excel sheet (.xlsx format). Our intelligent parser automatically maps your columns (Buyer NTN/STRN, HS Code, Sales Value, Quantities) and validates all tax percentages before submitting to FBR.

Question 3

What happens if an invoice has invalid HS Code or incorrect tax rate?

Accepted Answer

Our pre-flight validation engine checks your data against 7,615+ official FBR HS Codes and current tax rates (18% Sales Tax, 4% Further Tax, Extra Tax) BEFORE sending to FBR. You get real-time error alerts to fix rows instantly, ensuring a 0% rejection rate.

Question 4

Can I download the official Sales Tax Register for monthly filing?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. With one click, you can export your entire monthly sales register in FBR-compliant Excel format, complete with FBR invoice numbers, tax splits, and buyer details for Iris Annexure-C filing.

Question 5

Is my corporate tax data secure on your platform?

Accepted Answer

We employ bank-grade security: AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, JWT token authentication, and strict role-based access control. Your financial data is hosted on isolated PostgreSQL databases with automated daily cloud backups.

Question 6

Can tax consultants handle multiple client corporate accounts?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Our Multi-Tenant CA Suite allows tax consultants and accounting firms to create sub-accounts for each corporate client, switch between clients seamlessly, and manage bulk filings independently.
